Yoga Bootcamp:

Yoga bootcamp is a fun, intense circuit based class. The class is a moderate to high intensity class that combines yoga inspired body movements and posture holds with strength and cardio intervals- you never know what to expect!

 

Postnatal Abdominal and core restrengthening:In these postnatal yoga and fitness classes, you will learn movements that will strengthen and relax the abdominals and the pelvic floor, improve your posture, reduce lower back pain, and help you gain energy! Open to all levels of fitness – for moms anytime post baby (minimum of four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth). Babies who are not actively crawling are welcome to attend as observers. In mom and baby classes learn baby yoga and infant massage techniques too! Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle for yourself and a receiving blanket and a few soft toys for your child. Mats are provided or bring your own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Prenatal Yoga classes During pregnancy, yoga teaches you to relax and prepare for the demands of pregnancy, labor, and delivery. After childbirth, yoga helps new moms regain strength, and enhance a positive body image. We will practice poses that strengthen core muscles, improve spinal alignment and balance, and reduce stress and fatigue. Breathing and relaxation exercises will help moms-to-be and new moms relax and adjust to the physical, emotional, and mental demands of pregnancy and motherhood.

Mom and Baby Yoga Class is designed to help new moms regain strength and enhance a positive body image. We will practice poses that strengthen core muscles, improve spinal alignment and balance, and reduce stress and fatigue. Breathing and relaxation exercises will help moms feel rejuvenated, and refreshed. Please bring a blanket for Baby to lie on, and any toys your baby enjoys. Babies are gently and safely incorporated into the class as observers or active participants using infant massage, and baby yoga poses.
